Our loan fund enables financially disadvantaged women to access money to help build and develop their business. The loans range in amounts from £500 to £2,000 for business purposes. We offer competitive rates of interest without having to provide collateral or go through credit checks.
The loans are available as part of a pilot programme for women living in Greater Manchester who wish to become self-employed. The programme offers a holistic approach to running a business, looking at not only the technicalities of book-keeping and business plans, but also the implications for family life and personal development.
The programme includes the opportunity to join a local WISE circle, an on-going support group helping to combat isolation, which is often a challenge faced by people in self-employment.
